AI pictures

What is an AI picture?

With an AI picture, an AI redraws your photo as a clear coloring page. One AI picture covers one activity for one photo – a coloring page, dot-to-dot or paint by numbers – always in all three age levels (toddler, preschool, school kid). The first AI picture is free.

Why won't the AI draw my photo?

The AI does not redraw characters from films, series or brands. Nothing is deducted in that case, and the quick outline still works.

Was an AI picture deducted although nothing arrived?

If the AI does not deliver a picture, you get the AI picture back automatically. If something is still missing, write to us with your Pausi ID.

Pausi Plus and purchases

What do I get with Pausi Plus?

Unlimited coloring pages from your photos with the quick outline, all pictures, printing with two or four pictures per page and 8 AI pictures. Pay once, no subscription.

New device or reinstalled the app?

Settings → “Restore purchases”. Pausi Plus comes back with it.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.

Tracing on the iPad

“Lock & trace” locks the screen so nothing slips while tracing. To unlock, hold both marked corners for three seconds. Apple's “Guided Access” is even safer (Settings → Accessibility → Guided Access).

Tip: turn the screen brightness all the way up, put thin paper (copy paper) on top and trace with a soft pencil.

Deleting your data

Pausi has no account. Photos, coloring pages and settings are stored only on your device and disappear when you delete the app.

On our server, your anonymous Pausi ID only has your balance of AI pictures, the Plus status and the related bookings. To have them deleted:

1. In Pausi, open Settings → Help and copy the Pausi ID.
2. Send an e-mail with the subject “Delete data” and your Pausi ID to valentin.gensthaler@tenthirty.at.
3. We delete balance, Plus status and bookings within 30 days and confirm this by e-mail.

Please note: deleted AI pictures and a deleted Plus status on the server cannot be brought back. You can unlock Pausi Plus again at any time with “Restore purchases”. Server logs are deleted automatically after 30 days anyway.
